As a dentist I highly recommend you to NOT buy Progeny dental X rays. I paid almost 8K for it and it is a pain everyday. Poor customer service and poorest tech support. My software automatically turned to a veterinarians software in the middle of taking X rays from our patient. when I needed tech support for update today, a tech( Jose) remotely entered to the computer to update 6 hrs ago and still not finished. I believe he just do a little bit of work and leave it b/c every time I call , he gets back in and do a little bit more. I have even called his supervisor Chris Chan twice and did not hear from him yet. Looks like NOBODY cares about the dentists time and the customers.
